radiums with icecap ballast?

I know a mag. ballast is the way to go with these bulbs, but how well will the bulbs work with icecap ballasts? how long before I would have to change them out?

just thinking on tring them out from the XM's for a more blue look.

It's very blue and low par

they do seem to have better par numbers than the XM20k's.

is it a huge diffrence than XM 20k's as far as the blue look?
