raffle acro

My actinics are just now on so i took a pic of the acro I won at the raffle. I will take another when the 10k's come on. Here is the bonehead newbie part of the story...

When I woke up first thing I did was take a look at all of the things I picked up last night. When looking at the acro that I won I noticed a hitchhiker that I assumed was bad. Not wanting choas in my tank I got rid of it. Dumb me then (after saying good-bye to the assumed killer) goes to the internet to see what kind of serial destroyer I got rid of. Harmless acro crab. White with the black stripe across his head, to be honest I actually feel kind of bad about it. Poor little guy.

Sorry the pic isnt great, but this acro is showing some really good colors

That's a shame but an honest mistake. I have also had gorilla crabs come in as hitch hikers on acros so in the end, better safe than sorry.

Yeah I had a gorilla crab that cost m ehundreds of dollars in fish!!! Didn't know what was killing them and couldn't find it to get rid of it. better safe than sorry!! but next time you could always through it in your sump or a amll container until you can identify it.

That was my original intention but I couldnt shake him off the rock or get him with tweezers so I kinda had to use more lethal measures. Lets just say that if in prison they would have said he was shanked.

I did pick up a ton of other things last night from people that all seem to be doing good. Now if I can only figure out where to put this stuff...

looks awesome! sorry about the crab, but its always better to be safe than sorry. (i dont think i got that right, it sounds strange, but you know what i mean. )

i too was wondering where i was going to put all my frags, but thanks to growszoas, who gave me a sheet of eggcrate, i have a brand new frag rack!
