In the interest of avoiding confusion about raffles at the upcoming swap, we would like to request that vendors and hobbyists/sellers not try to run their own raffles for items that they bring.
Personal raffles have been somewhat of an issue at swaps with hobbyists selling tickets for their own raffles that can easily end up being confused for tickets for the main raffle.
Please understand that our raffle represents our main source of income to cover the significant costs associated with an event of this size. Admission is free and the $20 table fee is only in place to prevent an overwhelming number of table requests.
For raffle ticket buyers, please be aware that the only MTRC sanctioned raffle tickets (and frag demo tickets) will be sold by the main entrance to the frag swap for the raffle items and corals appearing on the tables in the kitchen area.
Thanks, in advance, for your cooperation.
