All were handheld, really just simple snapshots. I imaged with a Nikon D70 outfitted with a Sigma 105mm macro lens. I used the SB-800 flash, held in off hand remotely fired in commander mode. Exposure was measured in manual mode and most exposures were at about 1/320 - 1/500 sec @ f/9.2 - f/22.
