Does anyone have a colony of the Rainbow Acropora from Reef Exotic.
Im on the edge of buying a frag, but was curious what it will look like when it gets larger.

I was thinking exactly the same thing. I have been on the edge of buying it for months. I just could not pull the trigger because I can not locate any pics of a colony.

All I ever see is that same pic on their site. Looks very good there, but I haven't seen anybody else post a picture. I would like to see one too.

I bought a frag of the Rainbow about 2 months ago. My frag was like .75", it's been a really slow grower and no real coloration yet. It's about half way from the top under 250W MH. I noticed vivid has a colony: http://www.vividaquariums.com/10Expand.asp?ProductCode=05-6013-10 , looks to be the same to me. What do you guys think?

Overall reefexotic corals are what he says they are and nothing more. If he says he'll give you 1" you'll get 1" and not 1.25". My rainbow was fresh cut and had fallen off the plug when I got it, would be nice to have a little healing time for a $100.00 frag.

I saw the vivid piece in person yesterday and I honestly wasn't that impressed. Looks just like a nice tri-color type acro to me, nothing too special IMO but to each his own.

I will have to agree with you, in person it does not look nearly as nice as the top down picture on their site, IMO. When I go there, as I stand in front of that awesome 800-gallon tank I have to ask one of the employees..... "where is the rainbow delight"

I wonder if the reefexotic rainbow is the same story... Does anybody have pictures of either? I have a rainbow delight, which the frag looked pretty good when I got it(not as good as the site), but it browned out quickly and I am waiting for it to color up.
