Ciro- def not reef safe. In fact w/o looking at the specs I'm willing to say that it looks loke lunare family wich is def not reef safe.
Anyways great fish for FOWLR setup.

Yep. Based on the shape of the head looks to be a Thalassoma. Will happily eat all of your snails and shrimp. Possibly some small fish too.
