Raise marks on snowflake clown

Okay, I fot this fish from another hobbiest, and after putting it in the tank, I notice some of these marks, then I believe the fish came down with ich, was in QT with cupramine, for proper amount of time, never stopped being a pig and eating. I is now in another tank alone, for a few months now, and he has these raised marks only on the white stripe part of his body as you can see from photos, he has been with a watch goby, and some other small fish, no losses, and still a pig, I recently put in a small true perc with her, to see if she gets anything, to date no problems. Are these permanent scars/marks from a parasite, are they flukes? As mentioned the rest of the fish is perefectly clean, never any heavy breathing or sign of illness other than these marks. A beautiful specimen, so I am hoping someone out there can give me some advice.
