I have a Red Head Solon Wrasse that has been in QT for about 2 weeks now. Doing well and eating with no visible signs of ich or other parasites (I think, *reason for post). I've been doing small 1.5-2gal water changes over the past few days to slowly raise up salinity to 1.026 to match my display. Just today I noticed the scales on his head seem to be raised up a bit. Haven't noticed this until today. No other signs of stress or anything, swimming normal and not breathing heavy. I've tried doing some research and can't find anything that matches except for dropsy but can't find any info if this can happen on the head. Any help is MUCH appreciated. These are the best pics I can get at the moment
