Raising specific gravity.

Hello all,
One of my tanks is at 1.024/31ppt I would like to raise it up to 1.026/35ppt.
What is a safe rate at which to raise it? How much at a time, per day?

What I would do is just top off the tank with SW till the SG is higher, that will be slow enough for things to handle.

I think if you did it through water changes it would work well. When you do water changes, just have the water go in at 1.027 or so. The tank may not raise much, but over a little while it should have an impact. As, 1.024 is a little low, but not severely, time shouldn't be too much of a consideration. If you did small water changes everyday, for instance, with water that was 1.030 or so you could do it more quickly.
