Random dead fish

Over the past 8 months or so that I have had a functioning tank I have two fish randomly die a couple of months apart. A cleaner wrasse and a watchman goby. Both were healthy, eating and established nobody was picking on them either. Each time I woke up in the morning and dead fish was stuck to powerhead all tank parameters were fine and all other fish perfect. Am i the only one with this mystery fish deaths.

Cleaner wrasses often do the "mystery" death thing. It's often attributed to something lacking in their captive diet that they usually get in the wild.

Watchman goby I'm not sure on.

I think most people in the hobby have experienced "mystery deaths" at one point or another, even if they are doing "everything right." Sometimes we just aren't aware of exisiting problems with a given fish which may appear healthy, but isn't. Add to that cyanide used in in some collections and some fish are just doomed.
