Random observation about the club

Hey there, I just posted a link to our forum here for a guy visiting from out of state who wanted to know about local LFS.

I clicked the link taking me to this part of the forum and looked at the threads on the current page for MARS.

Reigonal frag swap right at the top of the page,

Name your 'favorite coral' thread right under that.

A couple threads looking for help finding parts and items locally.

A very, small, handful of F/S listings.

About 8 threads that would otherwise end up in the general reefkeeping forum, but instead are posted here to draw on the collective insight of the local scene.

Lastly, several threads relating to the groups activities that all seem to be longer than one page. People talking about major frag swaps coming up soon, raffles with lots of very nice prizes and useful information being doled out during the meetings.

And all from yesterday and today.

I suddenly saw this group as an outsider might see it and was very impressed.

Just thought I would point that out.

That is a good observation.

Reminds me of the old adage, 'Things have to get worse before they get better'.

We're seeing the better.

;)

I'm an outsider(member of BAR and NCR, and enjoy cruising your guys forum. You have a lot of very intelligent reefers that have a lot to offer us newer guys in the way of experience. I have also met a few of you and look forward to meeting more of you at the upcoming event.
