You have a lot of cool photos there!! Just keep practicing and you'll quickly notice that your images will become sharper the more photos you snap. What equipment are you using?
Ya Manual vs Auto is a pretty big difference in shot quality. My advice would be to go out in the backyard or somewhere nearby (preferably outdoors) with some subjects to photograph and practice using only Manual mode + Manual focus. Once you learn the balance between the Aperture, ISO, and Shutter Speed, you will be able to fine tune your shots to get the exact shot you want. It honestly shouldn't take too long before you mostly get the hang of it (50-100 shots), and then you will find yourself not wanting to use the Auto mode any longer. The main point here is to force yourself to use Manual mode until you are comfortable with it, and if you force yourself to keep using it, it shouldn't take long at all before you are snapping great photos regularly.
The transition from Auto to Manual is definitely the biggest change for any photographer but once you get the hang of it you will be shooting like a pro!
lol Thanks! I could do better. Just starting to learn how to use the manual mode and pictures are coming out much better then auto mode that I have been using.
