Randy's Old Calcium

Hello, i have made Randy recipe calcium for (2 part dosing use) 2 years back, it was not used and kept just like that, can i use that calcium, it was kept in a 2 ltr bottle. Its full till now.

Can i use it?

You might be better response in the Chemistry section. I have no idea. Calcium Chloride is so cheap, toss it if you are not 100% sure.

I think it should be OK. You might do a test and put the proper amount of the mix in with a gallon of RO/DI and then test the Ca level? But as long as it's clear, I think it should be good.

But jda is right, Ca is so cheap, if you are unsure and you have nice stuff in the tank that would be at risk, toss it and start new.
