I bought 4 eln 60 48D meanwell drivers from rapid led last yr. They power 11 xtps and 14 xpgs on two heatsinks for total of 22 xtps and 28 xpgs. Yesterday the xpgs on one heatsink stopped lighting. I took it down and checked the solder connections for shorts and continuity and everything checked out fine. I then hooked it back up and saw that my xpgs were lit up very dimly. I checked the dc voltage coming from the drivers and they were putting out 47 dc volts.
What might be the problem? Could my meanwell driver which powers my xpgs on one heatsink be defective and not putting out enough current?
