rapid led need help

I just bought some rapid led from some guy in cali that already put together. since I got back to az I cant turn is back on. is work fine in cali when I test it. if someone can help please let me know. thanks

Did the builder utilize an inline fuse? Check the fuse if so.

Are the drivers dimmable? They'll need some source for a dimming signal in order to turn on.

yeah is dimmable

Get out the multimeter and check each led to make sure its not shorting with the heatsink. Check the drivers to make sure they are still putting out voltage. Also make sure the dim leads are connected to a voltage between 1-10volts.- 1v =1%, 10v=100%

I suppose you could call rapid and ask them for help to troubleshoot the problem as well.

^^What he said. Also, maybe in transport a solder weld broke loose. Hopefully it was made with inline fuses and resisters.
