Rash on my clownfish

Hi all,
I recently got a pair of tank bred clownfish. They were in the same tank when in the LFS when i bought them.
I already had a firefish in my aquarium before getting the pair of clownfish.
For a few days the clowns seemed to be swimming together, but for the past few days one of them is just hanging out by itself breathing heavily and is eating less. On further inspection, i saw that it has, what looks like a rash, on the left side of its head (near the gills).

Could this be a disease? Or could it be that the other clown or firefish is biting it? Im not sure what to do. Fyi those are the only fish that i have.

Its getting worse

It is getting worst. This morning the rash looks much bigger and the fish is poop is white and stringy. It lays in the back by itself breathing heavily all the way in the bottom by the sand.

PLEASE HELP!

You need to do something quick. Sounds like a parasite issue. Do you have a qt? You'll also need to get an air pump and hook up some air stones to aerate the water. Idk what kind of med you'll need as I've not encountered this but I've heard that's a parasite issue.

I setup a QT and was acclimating the fish to the new home. The poor guy did not make it. I feel like i acted too slow. I am keeping an eye on any symptoms the other 2 fish will show. Will QT them as soon as i see anything. Right now both my firefish and clownfish are doing great. They both love the garlic flakes as well as the frozen shrimp that i feed them.
