Rate My Tank. What do you Think ?

a 65 gallon drilled tank, sump, stand and canopy and light.. The return comes up over the top of the tank..
Octopus diablo protein skimmer.
The overflow is a 700 GPH Overflow . A Mag 9.5 Return Pump A 4 bulb FishneedIt T5HO light. There are currently 2 ATI Aqua Blue Specials and 2 ATI Blue Plus bulbs .The light just fits under the canopy and able to run the power cords out a small hole in the side of the canopy.

Overall looks like a good start. only thing I would change is remove the check valve in return line will only cause more problems than prevent. drill a siphon break just above water line in return nozzle. Most importantly enjoy the hobby n go slow don't rush

I cannot tell from the back picture, do you have an air inlet going into the top of the overflow pipe to reduce gurgling noise?

I love the tank and canopy but it will look even better with fish

I like it better without the canopy too...nice setup.
