You don't have to be kind.. I want a honest opinion and some suggestions if you don't like something. I plan on adding another clam on that sand bed but thats when I find a really nice one and got the money to blow on it. Give me a 1-10 please.. 1 being horrible 10 being the most awesome thing ever.

Thanks!

7 out of 10

Looks good but personally I cant stand GSP(green star polyp). As you can see, it can take over a tank pretty quick leaving you less placement for other coral. Other than that personal issue, it looks great!

I'll give you an 8, it looks great. I like the star polyps on the back glass. The only suggestion I would give you is to maybe get another fish.

I'd give it an 7 out of 10 from my personal opinion on what i would like my tank to look like. Its a nice clean and healthylooking tank

But in my opinion the only opinion that really matters is your own.

7 for the following reasons:

1. I dont see any fish
2. Somewhat lacking color
3. Still looks like a pile of rock. Changing the aquascaping, or waiting for those SPS to grow out will give it more dimension.

1/10 I think it is disgusting to leave a dead clownfish just laying there on the bottom! :(

Jk

8/10, I would eliminate some GSP, add some more fishies and get a monti cap in there for a nice shelf. Keep adding SPS for more brancing structure. Lights seem low on kelvin, it is browning everything out (in apppreance). Those GSP and hammers should pop green.

looks really good! I would just frag up those GSP and see if the lfs will trade your store credit for them.

a 10 a frciken 10 looks great man i wish i had enough knowledge to run a reef tank. you know whats next u gotta get a bigger tank

7/10

Good things:
-Looks clean
-healthy
-I personally love the GSP growing on the back glass.
-That clam is gorgeous!

Bad things:
-rock work is just so-so
-I only see one fish? At least give the clown a mate :p .

I would get the GSP off the back of the glass and also consider moving the frags off the sand and back on the rock.

Once your SPS's grow out it will be a big difference

wow thanks for the response! I have 14k Hamiltons and I have 3 fish one being a jaw fish one is a gold bar clown and the other being a Purple Stripe Pseudochromis. I have a nice bright red shrimp to..

I frag the GSP all the time my LFS gives me credit on them.. It's nice I don't have to buy salt any more my GSP buy it for me..

What other fish do you guys think would go well with my tank? and I see what you are saying about color but not sure exactly how to fix it. The 14k should do the trick but I agree with ya it is a little lack luster. Only thing I have that really pops is a couple mushrooms and the cali tort has some amazing colors.

Im gonna give ya a 5 because you let those brown star polyps take over your tank. Too bad the froggy dont shoot out some sweepers and wipe them out...

Other than that it looks great.

I think this tank is going to be pretty close to a 10 a year to two from now.

I say this because it has the appearance that growth has occured rather than being staged. Its clean looking, your keeping the water parrameters correct.

If you just keep going like you are let your frags grow out and trim gsp when something needs more space the tank will be awsome.
