RBT Anenome lighting

Would 356 watts be enough lighting for a RBT Anenome in a 75 gallon?

2-150 watt MH
4-14 watt blue actinic t5's

Yep I think you'll be just fine. For asthetic reasons I may find a way to get more actinic lighting but it wouldnt be necessary.

Hope i'm not over stepping my mark here, but from the specs of those lights it sounds like you're planning on using two of the aquatraders 18" fixtures??? Just be careful if you are planning that, as someone above stated the 14w actinics have a number of problems, first short t5 bulbs don't "penetrate" not such abad thing with actinics, but will be annoying if they barely illuminate better than moonlights, second the Odyssea brand actinics are pure CRAP, barely worth installing at all plus, you're only going to be able to buy those replacement bulbs from aquatraders in the future, no one else makes them any more.
don't get me wrong, i like odyssea fixtures, as long as you understand they're going to need a bulb swap straight out of the box, however, having said that, the 18" fixtures are a complete rip, look at the 24" fixtures, i think they're only 10/20 bucks more, but you'll be able to replace the t5's with ati or geissman bulbs, which you definitely will NOT be able to with the 18" fixture!

Well my whole point with getting another 18 inch was to save a little money. I already have an 18 inch over my 24 gallon bullet tank and the corals are doing great, it works fine and I like them alot. And I just looked at they were $50 more then the 18 inch. And I do love my lighting right now and it works great, I would recomend it again and again and again.

absolutely, i hope i didn't come off as criticizing aquatraders completely, i have a couple of their fixtures myself, i think they're brilliantly cheap fixtures, it's a shame people won't give them a chance because they're hung up on the old stories before they switched their ballasts. i was only really commenting on the 14w actinics as you can only use the aquatraders bulbs once they burn out, i've searched and searched myself as had one previously, the stock bulbs being the only option was what convinced me to scrap it in the end and move up to a slightly better quality fixture.
at the end of the day, the whole mantra of you can't do a reef on a budget is rubbish, you certainly can, and these fixtures are certainly good value!

I have two of the odyssea 18" mh 150's over my 46 bowfront. I replaced the bulbs with a 14000k Phoenix and a 20000k and is just a ton of light for my 46. I could grow Sps and clams if I wanted. The t5's perform fine on my tank but on a 75 I might add a t5ho fixture to supplement down the line. IMO those lights will be fine for an RBTA
