RBTA Conundrum

My LFS just received an order of 10, amazing RBTAs. They are incredibly bright, and good sized, 6-9 inches. He's selling them for 150-200 depending on the size.

Now, my tank is set up with softies and LPS corals which are doing well and are healthy. This would be my first anemone.

Now for the conundrum, in 2-4 weeks I'm upgrading my tank, going from a 155 bow to a 200. Obviously with every tank move comes a potential for bad things to happen, and I don't necessarily wan to stress him out too much. Also, if he gets into a place he really likes before the move I'm not sure how to "convince" him to let to of where he is. Also the aquascaping in my tank kind of sucks right now, a little bit back I got a deal for a dollar a pound on fully cured Fiji base rock, and just kind of threw it into the tank knowing I was going to upgrade in the near future, so I'm not exactly positive in my ability to give him a spot he'd really like.

Any opinions on this would be welcomed, I would like to take advantage of this opportunity but I certainly don't want to kill the little guy.

Will the LFS let you pay for it, or give deposit to hold it until you make the transfer?
