I recently upgraded from a 29 Biocube to a 90. The 29 had the stock PC lighting and my 3 RBTAs and Sebae did great with those lights. The 90 has (2) 150w 14k Pheonix lamps along with (4) 54w T5's. I knew this would shock the nems, but curious on how long until they come out of hiding in the rockwork. The Sebae didn't seem to be phased by the massive upgrade in lights, although it is on the bottom of the tank. The three RBTAs have run and are burried into every crack and hole they can find. They have been in the tank for 6 or 7 days now. I'm hoping a few more days at most and they will come out.
