yes it will be fine with that amount of lighting, but some worry about a 10G being stable enough for an anemone.. i would say as long as you pay close attention to your params, regular water changes you should be fine until it outgrows the tank..
There's a lot more to caring for an anemone than just light. How long has the tank been up? Do you have anything else in the tank? What is your bioload?
I've had 1 before in my 45 gallon, bad accident with my powerhead. The 10 gallon is set up with LR and water from my main tank only defference is new LS and different lighting.
I'd think you are OK just make sure that your parameters are stable over the course a month or so. Depending upon how much LS you have it might take a little while for the bacterial colony to stabilize in it.
