RBTA moving a lot

My new RBTA looks good but it is moving all over the place. I really don't want it to harm my ricordeas i have in there with it. Should i take all of the coral out until it has found a spot or am i doomed to keep moving coral and rocks around every day? :headwallblue:

and i know that this is normal but any advice would be appreciated.
they are under par30 LEDs.

If your water parameters and lighting levels are all in line, he is likely just trying to find a spot he likes. This can be normal for a newly added BTA for the first week or so. Once they find a spot like, they will typically stay there unless you change something in your set-up, or it splits.

Keep a close eye on him and move the corals away from him as he moves and you should be fine

Just make sure your powerheads are covered or off as he finds a home or he could get sucked up and chopped to bits.. I learned this the hard way on my first tank when I came home to ammonia soup.

It's an IM nano with no powerhead so I'm good in that department. It just tends to stick itself in the most awkward and inconvenient places possible.

I have a egg crate frag rack in my tank that sits on the bottom about 1.5 inches off the sand, pellets and food get under there and the fish cant get at it, my anemones come off the rocks and go under there mouth facing down to get the food, then they return to their rocks lol. I was a little concerned when i first saw one under the rack upside down but i left it alone. maybe yours is just looking for food?

I'm feeding it daily so i don't think that's the issue. Maybe not enough flow.

I would not feed a anemone that is still getting used to a new tank. That process can be stressful for them and daily feeding would not help with that. Give it a few more days and let him settle in.

Is there anything for it to get under? Sometimes they just like to hang upside down and then stretch out into the light without moving their foot into the light.

Really? I was told to feed it. There is a slight undercropping but I doubt it will move under there. If it does should I just leave it?
