One of my True Perculas began hosting it on Dec 3. We bought them Nov. 19. I didn't do anything to try to get them to host. Very happy...was worried for a bit.

I feed mine twice a week & it loves silversides. I just picked up a custom made acrylic tank (30X24X24) because my 30 gal oceanic cube is too small for the RBTA which has outgrown the tank. If you feed they will grow real fast. I have her for 6 months about 3 inches across when I got her now she easily 8 to 10 inches across.

Does feeding more increase the chances of an anemone split? I have heard people say that an increase in feeding can cause them to split. Is this True?

I think it's safe to assume that if you DON'T feed them, they will NOT propegate. Why would they split if they weren't healthy & happy??

I've heard that they split with large feedings followed by a large water change.
