I would like some advice on how (where) to position my new RBTA.
I would like it to settle on either of the two sides of the tank, preferably the right hand side, as shown in the first pic. The 'X' indicates a hole / crevice that I am hoping it will find nice and secure.
Lighting is 250W SE Lowbays - there are only 2 over my tank (240gal), which are biased twoeard either end. I can riase or lower the light, accordingly, as required, if that makes any difference.
Here is a plan view sketch of the rockwork, again x marking the spot where I would like the nem to settle.
Can anyone offer some insight into ways to encourage him to settle here? My motives are two fold:
(1) This is where I would like to see him.
(2) MUCH more importantly - there will be a apir of clarkii clowns hosting in it
As you can see from the first pic, my tank also contains a few bigger fish, includign an emporer angel. So I would prefer the nem and clowns to be ff to one side, rather than right in the middle of the tank where they are going to pester one another........
So..... if anyone can offer suggestions for how to encourage the nem to settle here, then it would be much apprecaited.
Manty thanks,
Matt
