RBTA ...rose or rainbow

Just got this sweet lil specimen from a friend and was wondering the difference and sorry for the shotty Iphone pics ill post more when he opens fully.
This is after his first night an hour after lights came on he stayed on the rock I got him on so thats a good thing.
Next is about 6 oclock.

And their is a xenia next to the nem hosting my baby Oscy. clowns so once the nem opens fully I'll remove the xenia and they should move over to the RBTA.

Bump... What's ur fav rose or rainbow mine used to be the rainbow til I got this rose and it's bubbles fade from rise to orange to green and the foot is tan and white speckled

Where is a good place to get a RBTA? I have wanted one but don't have $100+ to spend.

Good question I got mine from a friend for trade for a one eye of a chalice. Put out a want ad on ur local forum.

Oh so after a google search I have seen a sunburst BTA is that real or is it just another name for rainbow or rose.

sunburst BTA's are awesome. Someone brought one to the South Eastern Coral Farmer's Market (hosted by my local club, Atlanta Reef Club) earlier this month

They are all the same species though.

what you have NanoJosh appears to be a Rainbow, although a better pic with less blue would be more helpful to ID.

Here is a pic of one of my Rainbows (it's the BTA on the right)


Sunburst are different in that they display a yellow tone with lots of fluorescent green and blue streaks, Again, here is a pic of one my Sunbursts


in either case, you do have a lovely looking nem...enjoy it and take good care of it

Yeah it's def a sunburst this thing doesn't look like any rainbow or rose I've seen.
