RBTA sign of death??

while I was doing some tank maintenance, I accidentally knocked over the rock the RBTA was on, at the time it's also partially attached with another rock.

I am afraid if I might have injured the anemone.

the white patches on the anemone are some sort of stringy things.

is this guy gonna be a goner?? or it's something they can recover from?

thanks

It should recover. (The white stringy stuff is it's guts) You may end up with a split out of it.

another picture this from this morning.

gaping mouth??

what should I do right now?? or do nothing and it will recover?

thanks

There's really nothing you can do. It will recover itself. It doesn't look that bad to be honest with you. There might be some filaments exposing from the mouth from that picture. If the clowns are not picking at it and pulling it out, I wouldn't worry. If you see the clowns pulling the filament out, then temporary take the clowns out until the filaments are no longer exposed.
