RBTA split on snail

I've had a small rbta riding on snail for a month or two. I always thought it would be cool to get a picture of it but never got around to it. I looked in the tank today and saw the snail on the overflow with two small anemones riding on its back. I guess it must have split or another one attached somehow.

this is hilarious! imagine how annoyed that snail is... imagine giving someone a piggy back ride and them inviting a friend without your consent! hahah

It's a beautiful symbiosis! They're probably all completely oblivious of each other too. Dumb animals. :)

Great picture OP!

I would be worried about the anemones due to the fact were the snails move in our tanks.IMO I would remove the anemoens from the snail due to the fact that the snail can damage the anemones. But its all up to you.Great pic though!

Here is another photo I took with the flash. I like it because it shows the snail's face. The snail is in a 50 gallon rubbermaid frag tank without any powerheads or rock. I'm not too worried about the snail causing the anemones any harm.
