RBTA under 2-36watt PC ?

I have a Oceanic 29g Bio cube with 2-36watt PC one actinic and one 10k would this be enough lighting? (for RBTA)

here's my GBTA in my nc 12dx 2-26watt PC

my corals look like absolute crap....but the gbta is doing fantastic
