Hey Joey, just wanted to post an updated pic of the anemone. It is still doing great... clowns still wont even look at it.
It is probably about 4.5"-5" across the disk now, and yes the anemone crab is still doing fine...you can see him in the bottom of the pic. Ill try to get a pic later with just actinics so you can see how he has colored up

WOW...that thing looks awesome. I can see his whittle claws, awww. LMAO. Are your clowns tank raised?? I had a wild caught Maroon clown with the gold bars, and he loved that anemone so much, he used to stress it at badly. Good Job though...

very nice looking anemone! :)

What is that I see beside him...a hammer or bubble coral? What else have you got in your tank with him? I'm doing research, as I'm wondering about putting some leathers and a GSP in the same 30 gallon tank with an RBTA. Some say it's a bad idea, some say it will be fine.

1: they are tank raised black ocellaris...ORA i think...they host the deresa instead.
2: Hammer
3: Lots of other corals; SPS, finger leather, clams, zoas, mushrooms, gsp are fine
4: I feed him some chunks that I cut off of a snook that I filleted.

There are more pics in my gallery.

does the rbta move around? sting corals?
i'm tempted to get one. Saw one at AA today in sarasota for like $60.

It has not moved more than an inch since I put it in the tank (knock on wood). I am not looking foward to moving the tank in ~1.5months, he and I are both happy where he is and I dont want to mess with him.

rbta's aren't very toxic. mine has never stung me, and i've touched it a lot. i don't think he would harm a coral.
