RE: wavebox; am I missing a cover?

I bought a 2nd hand wavebox and when I received it in the mail, I noticed that there is no way for the pump to stay in the box. It looks like the box has a groove in it to hold a cover. Am I missing something here and, if so, how can I get a replacement cover (and how much are they :O)?

It is part 6212.070. I am completely out, I just shipped my last one yesterday. No one stocks this part, I would check with the seller if possible. I will order more on Monday and likely get them in 2-3 more weeks. It is rare to sell a lot of these usually one is a two month supply for us and I try to keep 2 on hand.

Wow, a month...that's a bummer :(

Do you have an approximate cost + shipping to 92617 for me?
The seller replied that he will reimburse me.

Also, this 6260 is brown. I thought the brown streams were older models, and he claims this is only about a year old. Were there different production runs of the wavebox pumps? The impeller looks like it's one piece.

Thank you very much for the responses, I've waited a couple years before having the funds for Tunze. So far the streams have been extremely impressive...I can't wait to see how the new skimmers are reviewed.

The wavebox pump was made in brown until late 2005, I think the last ones were from October production.

For the time being you might try using a thin plate of acrylic on the bottom, I saw a guy locally do that and it worked until we got him the correct plate.

The plate is $15.96, I would just order it on Tunze.com, the orders come to me and it figures out shipping, I would guestimate shipping at $6.
