The avast comes with both sponges and strainer discs.. And the little recirc is working great with the gfo and carbon mix...
What do you mean the little recirc?

Just a modification(simple one) I did to test out whether recirculating would be beneficial with gfo.. I wanted to test it before I purchased the avast upgrade..
Nothing big..
