Okay, it's been about 1.5 months since I set up this 65g. It has live rock in it from Dr Mac (@50 lbs) and will get some more from my 125 soon.

I would like your opinions on what to put in it. I have PC lighting, so probably no SPS. I want to go very minimally on fish in this tank. Suggestion on what to start with corals/inverts?

Yeah, I agree, I wouldn't try any SPS. I'd go with mushrooms, polyps, softies (leathers, colts etc), xenia and GSP grow like weeds under minimal lighting. Then maybe get some LPS, hammers, frogspawns, bubble etc. Hows the 125 doing?

What PC lighting do you have on it? IMO some of the montiporas and other light forgiving SPS do just fine under PC's. Are you looking for something unique, something that grows quickly, what kind of reef tank to you want this to be?

It's a 2 X 96w PC. I'd like to stay away from most leathers, maybe a kenya tree or similar. I was hoping for a couple montiporas.

I want fast growing corals (to keep me from buying more). Other than that, probably less light dependant LPS?

Well for the lower light LPS I really like Blastomussa merletti, Frogspawn, Anchor, Bubble, and Candycanes or trumpet. Some others to consider are pagota cup, galaxia, and a plate coral. Personally, my favorite coral is a Fox coral, but they are more or less impossible to find around here. On the SPS topic most orange motnipora cap. would be fine as well as montipora digitata. I would however buy the brown digi since over time that will most likely be the color that it will eventually turn, however it should grow fine as long as its on the upper 1/2 of the tank.

Other than LPS some low light things to consider are:

Zoanthids
Green Star Polyps
Clove Polyps
Sun or Moon Coral
Ricordea
