really long shipping?

I placed an order on the 7th and still have not received it, or any updates on its status. I know it is coming ground but 2 weeks seems a little long. The order number is 100090085. Has it been shipped? Is there any way I can track it? I experienced long shipping times with you before because I am in NC, but never nearly this long.

Problem solved, some mix up because my wife placed the order but the credit is in my name. Not sure why we didn't get the e-mail, but thanks for the reply here.
