Really need help this time

Ok Im sure you guys think I am helpless, but Im not always asking for help I just really want to get this tank going. I am pretty positive that I can get my sump taken care of myself, but I have 2 24in T5 retro's I need to install in my canopy and I really dont trust myself to wire these, I have zero experiencing with wiring or anything to do with electricity for that matter. So rather than electricute myself or burn my apartment down I was wondering if anybody is any good at this?

I could help you do it if you bring your canopy and retrofit kit over my way (West Knox in day and Powell nights/weekends). But I assume no responsibility for the any fires that subsequently start.
