Really want a carpet, but really nervous about the reef

I have been in the hobby for a long time, but have not ventured the anemone route. I have a stocked 90 gallon mixed reef. I know it's always a risk but would love to see my clown hosting in a bright electric green carpet. Who is keeping anemones in a stocked reef?

I have a blue Haddoni Carpet in my SPS / LPS reef.

You never had problems? I have coral on the sand. What's stopping it from moving wherever it feels good and happy?

not to say that they won't ever move, but my experience with haddoni carpets are that once they get set in a place they usually stay there. The only problem that I have ever had with mine is that they start out at 4-6 inches when they are small, but then can get up to over foot in diameter later on. Also, they can and will eat fish so beware, especially ones that are slower moving such as mandarins, two spot gobies etc... with that being said I would never get rid of my carpets. I have a blue one and an electric green one in my reef.
