Rear Weir Specs?

Looking for the what would be the optimal size of a rear weir on a tank that is
81 X 30 X 32, is there such a thing? Is there math that feeds this equation?
I'd like it as large as possible? My tank builder is wanting to make two smaller rear weirs for strength. The tank will also be euro braced. My skimmer is a Deltec ap1003 which need 700G/hr. flow through, I planned on feeding directly from the weir with Beananimal drain.

I guess bigger is always better.... I'll go with that.
