Recent Changes made to Live Aquaria website

We would like to announce that we have made some changes to our LiveAquaria.com website. At LiveAquaria.com we always strive to make sure that your shopping experience is a positive one. We have made some improvements so that shopping with LiveAquaria.com will be easier than ever.

1. You will now be able to preview your shipping costs from your shopping cart.

2. You will also be able to see where each item you are ordering is shipping from.

3. We will also alert you when something in your cart is not right. If you have not reached the minimum order amount; we will let you know.

4. The Checkout process can now be completed in just 2 easy steps.

5. You will receive one order confirmation. All order numbers will be combined into just one email.

We hope that you find your new shopping cart and checkout to be much more convenient and helpful. We have even more improvements planned for LiveAquaria.com. These updates will be posted when they are available.

The improvements sound great.

Can you elaborate on #5 a little? If I place multiple orders in Diver's Den with the same ship date, will they automatically be combined? Or...is this more relative to orders shipping from California?

Thank you for your post. We apologize for any confusion. When placing multiple orders such as, Diver’s Den, Live Aquaria and eTropicals, you will receive one email confirmation for all of them. Previously, customers would receive separate email confirmations for each order as they are automatically split. However, once the orders ship, you will receive a separate email for each individual order containing the tracking information.
