Recession Special!!! Gauging interest in Orlando, FL

Greetings folks,

I'm strongly considering buying a 180 glass tank, stand, and canopy since my wife is redecorating our living room in the very near future. This will be an upgrade from the 112 gallon acrylic tank I have currently. This tank, stand, canopy and extras will be priced to go quickly, as I'm thinking about picking up the 180 next weekend. Here are the specifics:

Tank: 112 gallons-18 x 48 x 30 made by Midwest Custom Aquariums (has some minor scratches inside that can be buffed out)
Custom Acrylic RR (3/4 thick acrylic) -She's a beast and wont leak
Center overflow
(1) 1 1/2 inch drain/(2) 3/4 inch returns plumbed through the overflow to bulkheads in rear top corners
Closed loop drilled (1 inch plumbing included w/unions and ball valves) into the rear wall of the tank (1) 1 inch drain and (2) 3/4 inch returns(plumbing coming in is 1 inch)- also has a water hose connection plumbed in for water changes (water draining, not filling).

Bracing on top is 3/4 inch acrylic

Stand is wood in a cherry color (AGA brand maybe) and has been reinforced to hold a heavy tank. Has some scratches on the exterior (I have kids), but nothing serious.

Hood matches the stand and will include a reflector (48 inch) with an ARO ballast and wiring and endcaps for (2) VHO 46.5 inch bulbs, and (2) metal halide SE sockets (sorry, the brand new Icecap 250W MH ballasts are going on the new tank).

Mag 12 pump included-wont be enough for the new tank

Glass sump (about 20-25 gallons) thrown in if you want it-it's old and ghetto but does the job.

Three Intermatic DT-17 digital timers w/ battery backup and brand new batteries (sorry, no instructions, but they can be found online)

About 150-175 lbs of sand (approximately half of it in the tank right now).

About 6.5 ft of 1 inch outside diameter clear vinyl tubing.

Tiger Shark floating scraper for up to 3/4 inch acrylic. Just bought new pads from Marine Depot last week. The in-tank part got fried a little when I accidentally left it on top of the tank and my halides slightly melted the housing. Aquarium sealant sealed it up and it still works as designed though.

Pictures will forthcoming soon, but there are a few from when the tank was brand new in my gallery.

$700 for everything (the tank alone would cost twice as much brand new and shipped). PM if interested.

I'll work on pics in the morning as I have to work tonight.
