Hi Roger, my tank is 84Lx36Wx26H. I'm trying to decide between -

4 Streams (already have 2x 6200's and 1x 6100)

or 2 6200's and a Wavebox

or the 3 Streams I have and a Wavebox

I have a barebottom tank, it will be primarily SPS. The flow will really be for the upper 20" of the tank, I have circulation underneath the rocks to keep the bottom clean.

What would you say?

Oh, I got the propeller, thanks.

David

Add the wavebox and then make the decision as to what to sell or add. It is just too hard to be sure, I don't have a tank of this size. I honestly think the 2 6200 will be plenty though.

Thank you. I will definitely add the Wavebox. I do have to figure out how to mount it though. Are there pix, for those with perimeter bracing? Also, is it better to be position in the front, rear or middle of the side?

Do I need anything add'l for the size tank? I though someone mentioned something about an "extension"?

Roger, sorry - where is the info for the Wavebox? I can't find it in the Tunze website on your profile.

In the interzoo 2004 PDF on the bottom left of the page, otherwise their is tons of info here.

Thanks, I'm sold. I just ordered 3 more magnets - got a hot tip. Now if I could just get that Wavebox ........

I'm going to replace my 12mm magnet with a 19mm magnet, if anyone wants to buy my 12mm, please PM me. I think the new one should be here in a week or so.

Then I have 2 more for the Wavebox!

I didn't want to start a new thread - but I wanted to mention that I REALLY like the 7095. To be honest, I was a little unimpressed when I first got it, but have 180'd. It makes changing settings around really easy.

I'm also really getting to like some of the other movement options. I always alternated the facing pumps, I have tested other options and they are awesome. It's really cool just to switch them around from time to time. I have a bb tank and you can tell when you're really moving water differently because the detritus comes outta nowhere.

Also - does the moonlight get brigher/dimmer depending on the cycle? That's pretty cool - but I wish I could override it and have it to bright 100% of the time. When it's dim, it might as well not even be on in my tank. That is my ONLY complaint, and it's not really even a complaint.

Yes, it does a 29 day lunar cycle, it brightens and dims to replicate all the moon phases. Some days the moon isn't on either :D
