Recommend a custom glass aquarium builder

Could someone recommend a good glass aquarium builder, because I am trying to set up a tank for a friend who has some very odd dimensions and I don't feel comfortable building it from scratch. I live in Florida, but it doesn't have to be someone in Florida, I don't mind having it shipped. Thanks.
 
I had mine built for Aquarium Obsessed. EVERYONE loves the tank. They do a great job but they have a lot of work so don't expect a fast process. A custom tank will take time.
 
if your in florida call karen or bob from exotic on bird rd in miami. they build all the tanks down here. They built my 560/g 120x36x30 tell them that Joe send you.

Many people have used them with good reviews too.

I'd say go with them if you are on a budget and looking for a custom sized tank.
They make good basic tanks. Not terribly pretty, but solid.

If you have a decent budget check out some of the places that shag26272 suggested.
 
Aquariums Obsessed is 5 min down the street from me...it is kinda crazy to hear you guys all talking about them being they are local to me and you guys, well...

anyway they are, along with AGE my favorite tank builder..(biased though) they are very busy always have a bunch of tanks on the go...but the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each tank is incredible...i could sit there and watch Will silicone those things together all day..LOL

2 people in my club bought one. Both were messed up. 1 had 2 overflows that were different sizes, so the water only drained one the shorter one. The other guy had a bad chip in the glass and the holes were all drilled in the wrong places. Not to mention their customer service is a joke.

I have seen some AO tanks in person, very nice stuff! and they will take good care of you.
 
Wow thanks for all the great responses. I am definitely going to do some research and see what I can find. I have previously called glasscages to get a quote but I am a little skeptical now with what you all have said. Thanks for the input in helping me make this decision, it is much appreciated and if anyone else has an opinion keep posting, the more the better.
 
Oh and shag, keep rockin transformers, the best movie on the planet. I am beyond obsessed, I have every toy from the movie on a shelf above my reef :)
 
if your handy you can build the tanks yourself like I did and saved a big amount of $$$
built everything from the ground up

Hey Giga,
What all did building it yourself entail? I am handy for sure, but gluing glass together to withstand the pressure of water scares me, especially when I am not building it for me.
