What do you recommend best small submersible aquarium heater for 5G hatching tank?

I got couples of heaters, but some of Tetra heater make 100 F, they cannot be controlled very well.

I actually use the 250 watt heaters on all my tanks, they are way overkill but it us what i had on hand and just stuck with them ever sence. I do have a stc-1000 temp controller for each tank though.
