Recommendation on sump cooling fan

So I got this new fixture and it raised my temp by 6 degrees over the night.

Slapped a fan on the water and it slowly dropped the temp. It looks like I should be able to avoid a chiller for now.

Can j get some recommendations on quiet low power fans that I could blow over my sump?

Preferably it has a clip that holds onto the side of the sump as I don't want to have to screw it into the stand.

Theres this wonderful store called Wal Mart n this other called Target!! =D... they sell these desktop clamp lamps for like 6 bucks n its super quiet!! i think it works quite well.. n living in Cali u know how our summers get out here! havent ran a chiller in 2 years =)
