Recommendations for new powerheads

I have a 30 gallon tank and I am looking for recommendations for quality powerheads that circulate from 100 - 200 gallons per hour.

I have two Maxijet 1200's that circulate about 300 gph each and it is a little strong for my tank size.

The Maxijets are OK, but I am looking for something with a smaller profile and higher quality.

Can anyone make any recommendations?
