Recommendations on a new reef tank

Wife gave the approval on a new tank. I currently have a 65 gallon acrylic tank that is 36" long. I'm looking to get a 4 foot tank and have narrowed my choice down to three options.
1. Red Sea reefer 350. 70 gallon tank with stand and sump. Great looking tank but pricey at $1500
2. Deep blue 75 gal rimless with stand $800
3. Artfully acrylic 65 gallon long $600 plus I would need a stand.

I really like the look of the rimless tanks. Does anyone have one of these tanks and can comment or offer an opinion?

I have the deep blue 75 and I love it great tank IMG_0260.jpg

What about a 120?

Can't edit my posts, but a 48x24x24 120 would basically require the exact same equipment as the 75 but you get an extra 6" depth which opens up a lot of aquascaping opportunities, plus the 45 extra gallons of water volume. Check out SC Aquariums, they have a 120 starfire for $899

This is an excellent point, and the SC Aquariums are quite nice for the $$$...

My 75 gallon deep blue leaked and almost killed everything in my tank. as well as ruining my drywall

As long as your are upgrading go as big as you can.A 120 is a great choice,I have a DSA 105 rimless which is 48x24x20.

+3 Why spend all that hard earned cash just for a new look with 0 or only 5 or 10 gallons more?

Go with a 120.

He might not want to spend money upgrading skimmer, light etc. I went from a 65 to a 75 and I was able to keep almost all my equipment except my light.

Lighting on a 4' tank is going to be the same if it's 18 or 24 inches deep. Only real difference in equipment would be potentially be the skimmer.

48x24x16 deep blue rimless here. It is my second deep blue tank and have not had issues with either. I really like the look of the "shallow" rimless tanks have no desire for the much deeper 120 gal version, just a personal preference.

Another note is a 40 gal breeder tank makes a great sump for the 24x48 footprint with plenty of space left over for storage and equipment, additionally the 40 gal is a nice volume of sump for a 80 gal display tank.
