Recommendations on Internal Overflow Box?

As the title says, I am looking for recommendations on putting in a couple internal overflow boxes, either custom made by someone you can recommend or manufacturer recommendations. I have been searching online but have not really found much success. Plus I do not think I am handy enough to make one successfully.

Here are the details regarding the tank (that might help illustrate why I am having difficulty):
1) It is a large tank, ~200G.
2) It is already drilled with two drain holes for 2" PVC in the back glass. These are ~1/2 way down the back and spaced at 1/3 and 2/3 width wise. This means it is ~13.5" from the top of the tank to the bottom edge of the hole, and an overflow should be at LEAST 14" deep to handle the bulkhead there, preferably 15" deep. This prevents most of the overflows I have seen except for center overflows.
3) It DOES have additional holes (four holes evenly spaced across closer to the top) for return line bulkheads. But obviously I really want to use these for returning the water.

Worst case I just put the 2" PVC pipes back in that were there before but I had hoped to make it a little nicer looking.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Mike (right? Whew... I try to work on memorization every day!)
A number of custom acrylic fabricators came up when I was researching overflows for my 265.
I cannot recall any of their names right now... but I know there are a couple out there in the USA.
That being stated....
why don't you talk to Millie @ CF?
She does acrylic work (sumps, sock holders etc.) and she MIGHT be able to help you out.
Just a thought. GL

Heh, I am not super active so no worries, but it is Dave. :)

I did not know they did acrylic work at all I have typically done stuff myself (except for my stand/canopy/cabinet from Joe, which looking at that seems like an awful lot). So I did not even think of it. This is why it is better to ask sometimes.
