Flow in 75 gal
I have a 65 gal with a built in over flow. The tank is SPS dominated but i also have some brains and euphylias which can't take really high direct flow.
I run a mag 9.5 which with teh head loss pushes about 700 gph thru the overflow. I supplement my flow with 4 koralias, 2 Koralia 2s and 2 Koralia 3s on the 4-way wavemaker.
I am careful not to point the Koralias directly at my coral to avoid the risk of tissue damage. My coral have never looked better.
I would suggest that you definetly supplement your flow with atleast 2 Koralias like you originally planned.
As for refugiums in the sump, I have run aboutgph thru a sump-fuge without any problems.
