Recommended levels of nitrates and phosphates for brains

Currently have unreadable nitrates and phosphates, is that too low? I have 2 open brain frags, one really happy, one with recessed bottom:headwalls:

can you tell us about ur tank? i usually only have recession with lps when flow is too high or the coral is sick and i havent had much luck treating diseased lps

might be too high flow, not sure though. Was originally about 2 feet away from a vortech mp40 on nutrient transport (usually 40-70% with wave movements for 10 min every ~30 min). Moved him down, is now eating, but still has tissue recession on "skeleton" part, mouth and "body" are open as usual, wasn't before moving
