I planning to use 2 x 6105 with 7095 controller for my new 150g sps tank , did you think that will br fine ?

Yes, that would be fine, you might also look at the 7096, it is cheaper and has more features.

I am running 2 X 6105's, a nano wavebox and the 7096 on my 150.... but mine is a cube (36x36x27) and I can not turn the pumps all the way up..... there is plenty of flow. Awesome setup!!
