one week ago today i picked up a damages scoly my LFS got in. i took it home and i am trying very hard to get it to come back. i was hoping for some tips on recovering these corals. it is a blessing apple scoly approximately 3 inches big. one side of it is damaged, not the skeleton but the flesh has been ripped away. every night the feeding tentacles come out. Here is what i have been doing to try and save this coral. Every other night i spot feed it nutrient enriched brine shrimp ( the frozen kind you thaw out). it has been feeding quite well but it does not puff up it looks like there are spines trying to come through the flesh (I beleive that is just its skeleton). it is in a low flow region of my tank and it receives i would say medium light. i truly hope this coral survives in my tank. any help is appreciated so please any advice is wanted. thank you
